Returns & Exchanges

At The Shoelada, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Shoelada box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or outer box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
